What is the Project?
The Shared Perspective Project is all about empowering people to take a proactive role in their Mental Health by providing the knowledge needed to make informed choices about how they can use their Minds.
THE INSIGHT THAT STARTED THE PROJECT
If we do these two simple things we will entirely avoid the vast majority of all possible physical health issues and when problems inevitably do arise, we will be much better equipped to handle them.
1 - Make reasonably good decisions about what we eat and how we care for our body.
2 - Do a small amount of moderate exercise a few times a week.
