The Shared Perspective Project demystifies Mental Health by mapping out a simple but comprehensive system of Health & Fitness Concepts that allow us to understand how to effectively engage with our minds.

PROVIDE COMMON LANGUAGE THAT WE CAN ALL USE TO THINK & TALK ABOUT THE MIND & MENTAL HEALTH THAT IS EFFECTIVE AND EMPOWERING.
ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO TAKE A PROACTIVE ROLE IN THEIR MENTAL HEALTH BY EQUIPPING THEM WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THEY NEED TO MAKE INFORMED CHOICES.

Our classes each last roughly an hour. They provide easy to understand and practical information about the Mind, Mental Health, and Human Thriving. It is our mission to empower individuals through this Shared Perspective.
Meet the Curator
Michael Bingham is a Salt Lake City based independent educator whose years of working in professional competitive performance art awoke in him a deep curiosity for the different physical, mental, and social aspects of human skill acquisition and achievement. Propelled by his fascination of Flow States and Mental Health, Michael obtained degrees in Psychology, Philosophy of Science, and a certification in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Utah. He is passionate about sharing practical knowledge that can empower people to fully utilize their natural potential.
